Question about English (US)

Could you please proofread my writing and tell me if it sounds natural? I would appreciate it if you could correct it using common phrases. B: Well, I didn't remember how many rare parts were, but I tasted "Zabuton" , " Chateaubriand" and all of the lean meat. Oh, you know what. I obviously found the difference about tongue. A: Expensive tongue is very tasty, right?! B: Well I had only had paper-thin one. But at the restaurant, they served quite thick one that probably was around from one cm to one and a half cm with a scissors. I had never gave a scissors so. A: Ahahahahaha! B: I thought like, "What the heck is a scissors?!" and I understood that I cut them by my self. That blew my mind. I thought this part was my job even though they had done a hearty reception so far. And then anyway I tried to grill them, but the tongue wasn't quickly cooked thoroughly because of their thickness. A cheep one is more quickly. And I didn't know how long I should grilled them, so anyway I tried to eat them. But it wasn't well cooked at all and was rubbery. Well yeah, that was tasty because of their sense of luxury. (2)

@shiosai23 B: Well, I don’t remember how many rare dishes there were, but I know I tasted "zabuton,” "chateaubriand," and a lot of different kinds of lean meats. Oh, and guess what? I learned the differences between different types of tongue.A: Expensive tongue is very tasty, right?! B: Well, before this experience I had only had tongue that was served paper-thin. But at this restaurant, the tongue they served was quite thick, probably around a centimeter to a centimeter and a half in thickness. It had to be cut with scissors, which was a first for me. A: Ahahahahaha!B: I thought, "What the heck are these scissors for?!" and then I understood that I had to cut it by myself. That blew my mind. They had prepared the meat to this point, but how it was cooked was my job. And then when I tried to grill the pieces they didn’t cook quickly or thoroughly because they were so thick. Thinner and cheaper tongue seems to cook quicker. Also, I didn't know how long they needed to be grilled for, so I ate them when I thought they were finished. However, the pieces weren’t cooked well at all and they were rubbery. Even still, the tongue was tasty because it seemed luxurious.
